EMEA HSSE Specialist with a Focus on Life Sciences

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSSE) Manager to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our Workplace Management business, you will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our HSSE management systems at client facilities.
Key Challenges
- To develop and implement effective HSSE management systems that meet the needs of our clients and align with our global strategy.
- To evaluate hazards and identify potential risks associated with JLL scope on client sites.
- To ensure that all necessary training is provided to employees and contractors.
- To maintain accurate records of HSSE metrics and KPIs.
Requirements
- Degree in occupational safety and health, environmental science, or related subject and/or appropriate recognized professional HSSE qualifications or experience.
- Broad based knowledge of Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety regulations across EMEA.
- A minimum of five years of experience working with HSSE compliance and management systems preferably within facility operations.
- HSSE experience in GxP regulated environments, particularly in Medical Devices is highly desirable.
- HSSE experience in Life Sciences manufacturing, laboratories and warehouse / logistics environments is also desirable.
