About the Role

The Contract Manager will be responsible for facilitating contract review with the project team, raising contractual awareness during the project execution phase, liaising with the client and other construction professionals, managing all commercial and contractual project, preparing relevant documentation and reports, ensuring contract obligations are followed, and managing changes to the work, variation orders, disputes, and claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of projects
  • Facilitate contract review with the project team
  • Raise contractual awareness during the project execution phase
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals
  • Prepare relevant documentation and reports
  • Ensure contract obligations are followed
  • Manage changes to the work, variation orders, disputes, and claims
Requirements
  • 3/5 years of relevant contract or commercial management experience
  • In-depth understanding of contracts, with a proven track record for complex turnkey EPC projects in an international environment
  • Fluent in English, – oral and written, Italian is a plus
