Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team DIGE – Data Management as an Information Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing efficient operations and supporting our customers' ambitions in becoming data-driven E&P companies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Governing documents and work processes.
  • Customer/user advice.
  • Digitalization and improvements in information management.
  • Collaborating on initiatives to automate, integrate, and migrate between document management systems.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Higher education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience with document management in field development projects.
  • Regulatory competence for the petroleum industry.
  • Knowledge of Data and Information Management framework terminology.
  • Excellent knowledge of document management systems.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English language, written and spoken.
