Sales and Client Relationship Expert
At BCD Travel, we're looking for a sales and client relationship expert to join our team as a National Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, collaborating with internal teams to deliver added value to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
About You
- Prior sales experience in the travel industry or a related field is desired.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and current trends is essential, along with a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
