Job Requirements

Kelly Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field, and experience in quality assurance and/or regulatory affairs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with GMP, ISO standards, and other regulatory frameworks is also required.

Responsibilities
  • Review and approve quality documents to ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and participate in supplier assessments to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the maintenance and improvement of QMS and participate in quality improvement projects.
