The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the management system, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and implementing lean methodology. Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Management Systems: Drive the enhancement and implementation of Fon's management system, embedding sustainability principles, ISO compliance, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Improve Processes and Quality: Contribute to establishing and following up on organizational goals and KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Implement compliance measures and conduct regular conformity assessments to ensure the management system aligns with regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Sustainability Integration: Play a key role in integrating sustainability requirements into the existing management system, ensuring alignment with regulatory and customer demands.
  • Support Leadership and Collaboration: Provide support to the Director of HSEQ and assist with ad-hoc tasks while fostering collaboration across departments.
