As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the performance and leadership of the maintenance operation of C-12 aircraft at the site.

Responsibilities
  • You will oversee employees and interact with government representatives.
  • You will coordinate, schedule, and monitor site operations, site personnel, and work efforts.
  • You must be flexible and able to work during the day shift, swing shift, night shift, and/or weekend shift as required.
  • You will conduct routine and non-routine maintenance and aircraft modifications.
  • You will perform other tasks related to your occupation as assigned to include temporary duty (TDY) and travel.
  • You will document maintenance activities in aircraft records/forms and update associated Management Information System entries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the site.
  • You will plan and manage logistics and resources at the site.
  • You will conduct inspections including, but not limited to preflight, thru-flight, basic post-flight, and phase inspections.
  • You will check the functionality of all aircraft systems and maintain aircraft appearance and cleanliness.
  • You will handle all aspects of aircraft movement including operating ground support equipment and using tools, special tools, and fixtures relevant to aircraft.
Requirements
  • You must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance.
  • You must have experience maintaining King Air/1900 Airliner series aircraft for at least 3 years.
  • You must have at least one year of experience as a site lead.
  • You must hold an FAA A&P certificate.
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • You must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • You must be eligible for a DoD Secret security clearance and passport.
  • You must be able to obtain necessary clearances for your location, including medical clearance and visa.
  • You must possess strong leadership and communication skills.
  • You must have working knowledge of aircraft tools, special tools, and test equipment.
  • You must understand aircraft safety requirements and be familiar with portable firefighting equipment.
  • You must be able to interpret and comprehend technical documents.
  • Occasional lifting of heavy objects may be required.
  • You must be eligible for a flight line driver's license.
