Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key player in our Commercial Fleet Business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans that leverage our Total Mobility offer. Your primary goal will be to drive sustainable and efficient outcomes for our customers by aligning our products and services with their needs.
Your ResponsibilitiesYour Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Account Plans: Create and implement account plans that align with our Total Mobility offer.
- Foster Strong Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Norway.
- Align Products and Services: Utilize solution-selling techniques to align our products and services with customer goals.
- Address Customer Challenges: Collaborate with fleet clients to identify areas for improvement in their business operations.
- Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven track record in fleet management, sales, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of solution selling and effective communication skills.
