Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our Management Solutions team. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for driving product discovery activities, developing and communicating a compelling vision for user journeys, and overseeing the scope, planning, and design at all stages of the development process.

- 3+ years of experience in service design.
- Expertise in mapping out service processes and creating intuitive customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

- Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing for multiple interfaces (mobile, web, API) is a plus.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry is a bonus, but a passion for solving complex problems and designing delightful experiences is a must.
