The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Director to lead our dynamic marketing efforts and drive revenue growth for our brands: Oche, Shufl, ShuflTech, and FlybyDarts. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our company goals and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Revenue Growth: Analyze market trends, customer segments, and competitors to inform strategies and identify opportunities for increased sales.
  2. Market Insight: Utilize target group behavior insights to drive marketing efforts and optimize campaign results.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, email, print, events) to maximize impact and enhance customer engagement.
  4. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to create and launch marketing materials efficiently.
  5. Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign results, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
  6. Online Presence: Maintain engaging and consistent content across websites and social media platforms.
  7. Customer Engagement: Enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty through engagement programs and feedback platforms.
  8. Innovative Marketing: Develop and manage viral campaigns, strategic ads, and in-house events to boost brand visibility.
  9. Partnerships: Establish and nurture sponsorships and event collaborations.
  10. Loyalty Programs: Create and implement a personalized loyalty program to attract and retain customers.
  11. Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and seek new opportunities for brand innovation.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  2. 4+ years in F&B marketing, with experience in brand launches a plus
  3. Expertise in digital marketing, branding, and customer segmentation
  4. Proven ability to manage and execute multi-channel campaigns
  5. Skilled in marketing software (CRM, email, social media, analytics tools)
  6. Excellent communication and analytical skills
  7. Creative and innovative thinking
  8. Strong project management and team collaboration skills
  9. Knowledge of the bar, restaurant, and hospitality industry and market trends
  10. Experience in brand & concept development within food service, hospitality, or retail sectors
