Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Package Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of mechanical equipment packages, from specification to delivery.
  2. Specification and Bid Evaluation: Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet the required specifications and standards.
  3. Deviation Handling: Identify and address any deviations from the standard requirements and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
  4. Documentation Review and Supplier Coordination: Review and approve documentation from suppliers and coordinate with them to ensure compliance with requirements.
  5. Multidiscipline Coordination: Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to package management.
  6. Client Involvement and Package Execution: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that packages are executed to meet their requirements.
  7. Supplier Follow-up: Regularly follow up with suppliers to ensure they are meeting the required standards and timelines.
Requirements
  1. Offshore Experience: Must have in-depth experience working on offshore development projects.
  2. Offshore Certificate: Must hold an offshore certificate.
  3. Recent Experience: Must have recent experience as a PRE for mechanical packages in brownfield projects.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
  5. Software Skills: Proficient in software such as MIPS, SAP, TIME, STID, ProCoSys, and MS Office.
  6. Language Skills: Good communication skills in Norwegian and English are essential.
  7. Location: Must be located within the EU, preferably in Norway, and have a valid work permit if not located in Norway.
