Job Title: QC Welding Supervisor

At HSE Consulting Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QC Welding Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality control department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our welding processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, equipment, and construction/installation activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain quality records, and prepare non-conformance reports as required.
  • Verify welders' certificates and supervise their work to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
  • Perform dimensional checks and visual verifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Review technical documentation, such as measurement reports and welding/NDT reports, to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain inspection plans according to requirements.
  • Assist various professionals and departments with technical control tasks, guidance, and training.
  • Control and verify calibrated equipment in accordance with requirements.
  • Assist in enhancing and refining our processes and procedures.
  • Conduct training and toolbox meetings for workers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • IWI-C, VT2 certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a welding inspector.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required; proficiency in Norwegian is considered a plus.
