Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology suppliers and partners to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Evaluate and select suitable technology solutions and services that meet our business needs.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of scalable and secure technology systems, software, and infrastructure that support our operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical solutions that drive business impact.
  • Participate in the Technical Assurance Board to ensure that all technical changes meet our high standards.
  • Accelerate innovation to enhance our products, services, and processes, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Support the commercial team in securing contracts and establishing partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Represent the company to potential customers and stakeholders, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably in the aquaculture industry, with a strong track record of developing and implementing technology solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of RAS technology and current industry trends, with the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with the ability to foster innovation and drive technology strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve strategic technology objectives.
  • Prior experience with client-side development in the aquaculture industry is highly desirable.
