About the Job:

This part-time permanent position is designed to enhance the shopping experience for our customers. As a member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in greeting customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Assisting customers with product selection and ensuring they find what they need.
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store image.
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling returns and exchanges.
  • Ensuring the store appearance and maintenance are maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • Customer service skills and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when processing transactions.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment.
