Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Statkraft. As a key member of our IT Infrastructure department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our workplace services, including end-user computing, collaboration, and communication services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Workplace department and manage a team of professionals
  • Recruit and develop talent, fostering a culture of growth and innovation
  • Contribute to the establishment of a fit-for-purpose IT operating model for included services
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across IT and business
  • Ensure alignment between change and lifecycle management and infrastructure architecture roadmaps
  • Manage third-party vendors in collaboration with SIAM

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years in workplace technologies
  • Significant experience and excellent understanding of end-user computing and collaboration technologies
