  • Respond to customer incidents and service requests to ensure timely and effective solutions.

  • Provide desk-side support services to customers, addressing hardware and software issues.
  • Support with installing, troubleshooting, and setting up desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripheral hardware.
  • Basic administration of Windows O/S, ensuring smooth system operations.
  • Provide IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting, while adhering to customer security requirements.
  • Follow installation instructions for computer applications, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
  • 'Smart Hand' support for peripheral and network hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, routers, scanners, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, and multi-port data termination panels.
  • Work with corporate LAN and WAN concepts, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • This role requires working Monday to Friday in Oslo, adhering to standard working hours.

The Profile

  • Minimum 2 years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
  • Skilled in desk-side support and PC break/fix, comfortable with Windows O/S.
  • Proficient in Norwegian and English languages, evaluated during the selection process.
  • Ability to work in a team or independently, ensuring effective collaboration.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with Microsoft desktop software.
  • Knowledge of wireless networking and basic TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.
