Job Overview
Responsibilities:
Manage the setup, configuration, and oversight of virtual servers within an OSS environment. Analyze and troubleshoot intricate issues impacting the OSS, working in collaboration with diverse teams to devise effective solutions. Ensure the operational availability of the OSS platform. Oversee user management for various applications and services. Administer remote access systems. Maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration modifications for all OSS components. Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to assess and integrate new OSS applications and services. Create and sustain precise and current documentation regarding configurations, processes, and procedures for each application and service within the OSS framework. Enforce security best practices to safeguard OSS systems and maintain data integrity.
Essential Qualifications
Personal Attributes:
Self-driven with the capability to work independently. A collaborative team player who can take initiative when required. Resourceful and innovative in addressing challenging situations or unique problems. Detail-oriented. Strong customer interaction skills. Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and Norwegian. This position entails making recommendations and decisions that will impact the OSS subsystem and overall network operations. Contributions are expected both as an individual and as part of a team. Hybrid work model with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
Additional Requirements
Eligibility for obtaining a Norwegian security clearance is mandatory. This includes being a Norwegian citizen or having resided in Norway continuously for the past 10 years. Willingness to undergo the NSM security vetting process is essential.
