Job Overview

Fugro is seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Manager to join our Satellite Positioning Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing software quality assurance systems that meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate existing software development systems and develop quality objectives that align with business needs.
  • Develop, roll-out, and maintain software quality assurance systems based on business requirements.
  • Participate in the design and development of software plans and oversee their execution.
  • Provide technical direction, coaching, guidance, and support to software development team members.

Requirements

  • MSc degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role or as a QA engineer in an industry with safe software processes, preferably automotive.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing a whole quality management system for software development, including quality planning, quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.
  • Innovative approach and a commitment to operational excellence in all goals.
  • Pro-active, dynamic, dedicated, and responsible individual with strong interpersonal skills and good knowledge of the English language.
