Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Supplier Quality Engineer to join our Supply Chain team in Oslo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers across our global supply chain.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive supplier qualification & performance
  • Work with quality issue resolution
  • Collaborate internally on process optimization

Requirements

To succeed in this critical role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience from high volume manufacturing industry
  • Deep knowledge in Quality Management Tools (advanced problem solving, PPAP, continuous improvement, APQP, Lean, and statistical/data analytics)
  • Quality and other Management Systems understanding: industry standards such as ISO 9001 and other relevant frameworks
  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or in Quality Management & Manufacturing.
  • DFx & FMEA knowledge
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication in English, in cross-cultural settings

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with Asian suppliers, Agile Way of Working, and sustainability in Supply Chain are beneficial. Professional proficiency in other languages is also an advantage.
