Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a scalable SQA system including processes for supplier qualification, performance monitoring, and risk management
• Conduct supplier selection, qualification, audits, and implement quality plans for mechanical components and assemblies
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and Ishikawa
• Provide feedback on vendor DFM and inspection plans
• Review and approve supplier process and tooling changes
• Drive process optimization to ensure consistent, reliable, and efficient production

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality / Quality Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
• Education: Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Materials Engineering or similar
• Strong understanding of SQA processes, quality management systems, and tools such as PPAP, FAI, FMEA, and AVL management
• Proficiency in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
• Ability to work effectively with domestic and international suppliers
• Proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience with quality frameworks and tools for resolving complex technical issues
