Role Summary
This role involves working as a Senior Commercial Operations Manager at Rystad Energy. Your primary focus will be on optimizing commercial processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving the performance of our commercial team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support strategic business goals.

Main Accountabilities
  1. Design and implement optimized commercial operations processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to Sales and Commercial Operations.
  3. Provide comprehensive training and support to the commercial team on processes and systems.
  4. Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing among regional mediums within the commercial team.
  5. Evaluate opportunities for improvement in CRM and internal commercial systems and recommend new solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  6. Oversee sales funnels activity compliance and forecasting performance to support business goals.
  7. Cultivate connections between regional commercial teams and global leadership through training and collaboration.
  8. Drive sales strategy implementation to ensure alignment and execution.
