
Sales Enablement Manager

Gelato is a global network of on-demand production facilities that connects entrepreneurs with local, sustainable producers. We're seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales performance and customer value for our AI-powered operating system, GelatoConnect.
As a strategic enabler, you'll develop comprehensive sales enablement strategies aligned with our value pillars: Control, Efficiency, and Growth. Your focus will be on building a structured onboarding program, leveraging sales performance data to improve workflows, and creating high-impact sales assets.
- Create persona profiles, buyer journeys, and objection-handling frameworks to support tailored sales outreach
- Build messaging frameworks, ROI calculators, case study templates, and demo scripts to simplify complex products and create compelling benefits-led messaging
- Maintain competitive battlecards and keep them updated with fresh insights to inform sales conversations
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for GelatoConnect, aligned with our ICP and value pillars
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks and standardized best practices across the funnel
- Lead regular training sessions on product updates, market positioning, and sales techniques to ensure the team stays informed and confident
