What you'll be doing:
We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to help our growing GelatoConnect sales team shine. GelatoConnect is our AI-powered operating system built for print producers, and your job will be to make sure our sales team knows exactly how to talk about it.
You'll build the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively communicate our value proposition, simplify technical conversations, and accelerate the sales cycle with mid-sized Print Service Providers (PSPs). Your work will directly boost our win rates, shorten ramp-up time for new hires, and bring consistency across the way we sell.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy for GelatoConnect, aligned with our ICP and value pillars: Control, Efficiency, and Growth
- Build a structured onboarding program to ramp up new sales hires quickly and effectively
- Use sales performance data to spot gaps, improve workflows, and develop focused enablement solutions
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks and standardized best practices across the funnel
Content Creation & Tools
- Create persona profiles, buyer journeys, and objection-handling frameworks to support tailored sales outreach
- Build high-impact sales assets: messaging frameworks, ROI calculators, case study templates, and demo scripts
- Maintain competitive battlecards (e.g., vs. HP Site Flow, ePS Tharstern, Xerox Freeflow, CTRL-S) and keep them updated with fresh insights
- Design discovery frameworks to help reps surface key pain points and align with buyer needs
- Lead regular training sessions on product updates, market positioning, and sales techniques
- Develop visual assets that make complex features simple and compelling
- Run AI-powered persona-based role plays that prepare reps for real-world conversations and objections
- Collect ongoing feedback from the sales team to evolve enablement tools and programs
- Work closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure messaging is aligned and consistent
Enablement Infrastructure
- Manage and continuously improve a centralized, easy-to-use enablement content hub
- Identify and implement enablement technologies that streamline workflows and drive adoption
- Track resource usage and measure the impact of enablement initiatives on key sales metrics
Day-to-Day Activities
- Keep sales materials fresh and relevant as our product and market evolve
- Coach reps on pitch delivery, objection handling, and call preparation
- Review sales calls to identify training needs and share actionable feedback
- Share weekly updates, competitive insights, and new resources in enablement huddles
- Support reps with tailored pitch decks and prospect-specific collateral
- Coordinate with product on roadmap updates to ensure the team stays informed and confident
Who you are:
You're a strategic enabler with a strong grasp of both the print industry and modern B2B sales. You know how to simplify complex products, create resources that resonate, and build programs that drive real results.
- 5+ years in sales enablement, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology
- Print industry experience from a leading print machine manufacturer or print software provider
- Proven success building enablement programs that boost sales performance
- Skilled at turning technical product details into compelling, benefit-led messaging
- Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger)
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Confident using data to uncover insights and inform decision-making
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
