We're looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to help our sales team succeed by developing the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Your Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with our ICP and value pillars: Control, Efficiency, and Growth
  • Create a structured onboarding program to ramp up new sales hires quickly and effectively
  • Use sales performance data to identify gaps and improve workflows, developing focused enablement solutions

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology
  • Print industry experience from a leading print machine manufacturer or print software provider
  • Proven success building enablement programs that boost sales performance
