Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, and ensuring the delivery of high-value IT solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT Managed Services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored IT solutions meet client needs.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably within Managed Services, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
  • Strong understanding of IT Managed Services and related technologies.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is preferred.
