Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, and ensuring the delivery of high-value IT solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT Managed Services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure tailored IT solutions meet client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT sales, preferably within Managed Services, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
- Strong understanding of IT Managed Services and related technologies.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is preferred.
