Underpinned by its unique in-house technologies, Exail offers turnkey solutions to its civil and defense customers to help them conduct their sea, land and space operations with optimum efficiency and reliability.

Located either in Norway or at Exail Headquarter, our future Regional Sales Manager will be part of the growing worldwide Exail Sales team formed of more than 75 people.

You will be responsible for developing sales of Exail's extensive product portfolio in energy, defence, civil and maritime applications. You will manage sales actions in the region to meet targets.

Job Description

1. Sales Activity
  1. Responsible for the company sales budget in the region.
  2. Support and develop existing clients through visits, phone calls and exhibitions.
  3. Develop proactively new business opportunities through effective prospection.
  4. Build solid network.
  5. Prepare tenders and pre-qualification tenders.
  6. Co-ordinate the targeting of new areas of business.
  7. Prepare quotations and system proposals with the support of the headquarters.
  8. Negotiate commercial conditions.
  9. Plan and co-ordinate sensors and systems demonstrations.
  10. Prepare and carry out technical sales presentations with the help of BDM's and product managers.
  11. Appoint, manage, and support agents and distributors to best achieve the company's sales targets.
  12. Liaise with the technical teams and Exail divisions on each project requirements.
  13. Attend conferences and exhibitions.
  14. Attend corporate events.
2. Analysis, Reporting & Communication
  1. Deliver regular and accurate reporting and forecasting.
  2. Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales database in CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
  3. Build and manage an efficient Sales Action Plan.
  4. Build precise Mapping for complex sales and tenders.
  5. Contribute to the wider sales team's knowledge base and communicate regularly with wider European and Global sales teams through the Sales organization.
