Vi søger en kvalifisert og ambisiøs kandidat som ønsker å være med på vår fremtidige suksess. Som Regional Sales Manager vil du være ansvarlig for ditt geografiske område og spille en nøkkelrolle i å bygge og styrke vårt varemerke.
Ansvaret:
- Som en av to Regional Sales Managers i Norge vil du få ansvar for ditt geografiske område.
- Du vil være nøkkelrolle i å bygge og styrke vårt varemerke gjennom målrettet og engasjert salgsarbeid.
- Dette innebærer å ha ansvaret for å drive salgsprosessen fra start til slutt, fra prospektering til forhandling og closing av avtaler.
- Med ditt sterke fokus på produktets unike ergonomiske fordeler, i tillegg til å pleie eksisterende, samt utvikle nye sterke relasjoner med sluttkunder, arkitekter, fysioterapeuter og forhandlere.
- Rollen gir deg også muligheten til å være en strategisk partner, der du sikrer at våre distribusjonskanaler er optimalisert for å fremme vårt varemerke på best mulig måte.
- Du vil støtte våre forhandlere i anbudsprosesser og sørge for at vår markedskommunikasjon er både relevant og effektiv.
- Du får stor frihet til å styre dine egne dager og prioriteringer, samtidig som du har tett samarbeid med støtte fra resten av salgsteamet, samt andre sentrale ressurser i konsernet.
Din profil:
- Minimum 5 års erfaring med salg og/eller salgsledelse, fortrinnsvis i bransjer relatert til våre produkter.
- Fordel med høyere relevant utdannelse, eksempelvis innenfor salg, markedsføring eller helsefag.
- I denne rollen anser vi personlighet og motivasjon, som viktigere enn formell kompetanse, som tilsier at du har:
- Evne til å forstå hvordan interiørarkitekter og fysioterapeuter påvirker beslutningene til sluttkundene ved valg av relevante produkter.
- Inspirerer sluttkunder, interiørarkitekter, forhandlere og andre relevante parter til å velge våre produkter.
- Sterke evner til å bygge og vedlikeholde relasjoner med forhandlere, kunder og samarbeidspartnere.
- Evne til å motivere og inspirere selgere og forhandlere til å oppnå bedre resultater.
- Strategisk tenkning med fokus på langsiktig forretningsutvikling og måloppnåelse.
- Sterke kommunikasjonsferdigheter, både muntlig og skriftlig.
- Tilpasningsdyktighet til skiftende markedsforhold og evne til å håndtere utfordringer proaktivt.
- Et sterkt teamfokus, med evner til å bidra til et positivt og produktivt arbeidsmiljø.
- Fokus på kundetilfredshet og evne til å forstå og innfri kundenes behov.
