At Otovo, we are accelerating the energy transition by making solar/renewable energy systems a seamless and affordable experience. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Regional Development Manager in Northern Europe.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about renewable energy and has a strong background in partnerships or business development. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business partners across the region to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships, with a strong understanding of the renewable energy industry. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

In this role, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to maximize the impact of partnerships and ensure smooth technical setup and collaboration with partners. You will also be responsible for tracking partner performance and contributing to meeting key targets.

Requirements
  • A degree in business administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnerships, with a strong interest in sustainability
  • Fluent English language skills, with at least one additional European language (Norwegian, Swedish, or German)
