Business Growth Manager - Nordic Region

We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Nordic region.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand EEX's presence in the Nordic power market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners and regulators in the region.
  3. Stay up-to-date with market trends, identify growth opportunities in the region and assess regulatory developments in the Nordic energy market.
  4. Design and launch innovative products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Nordic energy market.
  5. Represent EEX at conferences and industry events, showcasing expertise and building credibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Strong knowledge of energy commodity trading and market dynamics.
  • Excellent network of contacts in the energy trading community, particularly in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
  • Experience working in an exchange, broker, clearing house, bank, commodity trading house, utility trading desk or origination environment.
  • Ideal candidate will have a background in developing exchange-traded products.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
