
Business Growth Executive

TN Norway is a leading company in the travel industry, providing innovative solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Growth Executive to join our team in Oslo. As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing sales relationships with both existing and new customers, as well as participating in sales campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand your customer portfolio through proactive outreach
- Engage with customers to foster strong relationships and deliver high customer value
- Collaborate on sales campaign initiatives and ensure their successful implementation and follow-up
About You
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the travel industry. You should have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, you should be proficient in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written, and have competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions
This role requires occasional evening and weekend work, as well as some travel within Norway and internationally.
