We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to join our team as a Customer Success Director.

This role will require the candidate to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates, while managing and growing a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
  • Manage and grow a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers, providing coaching, guidance, and support.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, automations, and workflows.
  • Analyze customer and product data to identify opportunities for growth and implement data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a CSM team in a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Experience working on a remote team and navigating complex global work environments.
  • Data-oriented mindset with experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and time zones.
