We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Oslo.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying emerging prospects and developing capture strategies
  • Establishing and maintaining contact with existing and new clients
  • Developing growth strategies to explore new opportunities within the offshore wind market
  • Leading negotiation and closing business deals that promote sustained profit margins
  • Conducting market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a technical field
  • Relevant experience may compensate lack of formal education
  • Experience working with international clients and Norwegian clients
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, such as commercial/business management, project execution, or study management experience
  • Experience in sales, marketing, tenders, or related fields
