We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Oslo.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying emerging prospects and developing capture strategies
- Establishing and maintaining contact with existing and new clients
- Developing growth strategies to explore new opportunities within the offshore wind market
- Leading negotiation and closing business deals that promote sustained profit margins
- Conducting market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a technical field
- Relevant experience may compensate lack of formal education
- Experience working with international clients and Norwegian clients
- Relevant experience in a similar role, such as commercial/business management, project execution, or study management experience
- Experience in sales, marketing, tenders, or related fields

- Structured, systematic, and responsible approach
- Ability to clearly convey ideas, build relationships, and establish trust across all levels
- Team player with ability to motivate, inspire, and coordinate colleagues effectively
