Your Mission:
- Become a key player in driving user acquisition to the next level by developing and managing successful campaigns across various platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align user acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage user acquisition budgets to surpass KPIs and goals.
- Allocate funds strategically across channels and campaigns.
- Lead creative development and testing efforts to identify high-performing ad formats.
- Analyze performance metrics to determine the effectiveness of different creatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with ad networks and media partners.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to optimize placements.

- You have 5+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the mobile gaming industry.
- You possess strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Facebook Ads Manager, Appsflyer).
- You're an excellent communicator and negotiator with a creative mindset.
