About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team as a Sales Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts within the SME segment in EMEA, focusing on the DACH region.

  • You will manage the full sales cycle, executing strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Your responsibilities will include developing and strengthening relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify, engage, and convert SME prospects through proactive outreach, inbound inquiries, and targeted sales efforts.
  • Account Expansion: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and introduce enterprise solutions.
  • Sales Process Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure and post-sale expansion efforts (excluding renewals).

Requirements:

  • Over 1 year in B2B SaaS sales with closing responsibility and a strong business understanding.
  • Strong ability to manage expectations, to present solutions and build relationships.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
