Job Description:

As a Regional Business Developer at TN Norway, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across all GEA Food Application Solution products targeted at customers in Norway. This entails identifying opportunities, leading negotiations, and executing sales to maximize customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.

Frequent travel within Norway and abroad is expected as you search for and build new customer relationships while maintaining existing ones.

You will develop sales plans covering the total portfolio in line with targets and budget, growing the pipeline by effectively leveraging Product Specialists and other GEA resources.

Your Profile / Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have direct experience and/or a strong professional understanding of the food application industry. They should exhibit an outgoing, honest, and straightforward personality, skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the organization, both locally and internationally.

A proven sales track record of selling capital goods, combined with a strong external sales-oriented personality and team-player skills, is essential.
