We are looking for a talented International Trade Manager to join our team in Oslo.

About the RoleThe Sales and Market Development Expert will be responsible for working closely with Country Directors and other senior stakeholders to drive market growth by developing and implementing sales strategies, promotions, and business initiatives.
You will analyze sales performance, recruitment trends, and key market data in collaboration with senior management to inform business decisions.
- Main Responsibilities
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive market growth
- Work closely with Country Directors to ensure effective communication of sales strategies
- Support sales budgeting and forecasting
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of delivering results
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
- Confidence in delivering presentations at global meetings
