
Development Representative in Sales Team

This Sales Development Representative role is responsible for managing, nurturing, and growing your pipeline by running your own prospecting initiatives. You'll proactively seek new business opportunities in the Swedish market, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and others to track and report your daily activities and results.
Your responsibilities will also include partnering with Account Executives to work the territory and succeed together. It's essential to stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services, as well as participate and actively engage in ongoing training to learn new best practices and develop your skills in a revenue-driving role.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and curious mindset
- Possess a passion for Sales and building relationships
- Familiar with outbound prospecting via email and phone
- Ambitious to meet and exceed targets
- Willing to learn something new every day and be coached by our Sales experts
- Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a bonus)
- A natural-born team player
