
Business Development and Sales Expert

This Sales Development Representative position involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue. You'll manage your pipeline by running your own prospecting initiatives, maintaining a minimum email and call volume to move your leads down the Sales funnel.
Responsibilities will also include proactively seeking new business opportunities in the Swedish market, utilizing tools like HubSpot, Salesloft, Cognism, and others to track and report your daily activities and results. You'll partner with Account Executives to work the territory and succeed together, ensuring you stay up-to-date with Kindly's products and services.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and curious mindset
- Possess a passion for Sales and building relationships
- Familiar with outbound prospecting via email and phone
- Ambitious to meet and exceed targets
- Willing to learn something new every day and be coached by our Sales experts
- Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a bonus)
- A natural-born team player
