About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to drive business growth in the Nordics region. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, presenting our innovative safety solution, and managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

You will leverage your extensive network and industry expertise to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ship owners and managers. Your primary focus will be on targeting new business opportunities and understanding client needs through thorough market analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development activities across the Nordics, targeting ship owners and managers
  • Present our unique safety solution, emphasizing its combination of hardware, software, and AI to ensure crew and passenger safety
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales within the maritime industry
  • An extensive network of contacts among ship owners and managers in the Nordics
  • Strong understanding of safety solutions, hardware, software, and AI technologies
