Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategy for Yllw's Nordic expansion, including team establishment and P&L management.
  • Take full responsibility for the local market, ensuring the region meets budget targets.
  • Define and achieve business goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and partner recruitment.
  • Build relationships with local clients, suppliers, and architects to identify new opportunities.
  • Grow direct and indirect sales, working closely with clients and partner sales teams.

  • Proven experience in management consulting or high-growth scaleups, managing fast-paced teams.
  • Ability to drive transformational initiatives in sales operations, leading companies to success.
  • Strong knowledge of data, metrics, and KPIs to inform sales strategies.
