Job Overview

Tesa is a leading provider of innovative products and solutions for various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Key Account Manager for Nordic Industrial Distributors.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a commercial strategy that drives revenue growth and increases profitability for our Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to increase sales and profitability of Key Accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Partners to understand their needs and develop targeted solutions.
  3. Collaborate with our Nordic Sales Manager and European colleagues to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
