
Key Account Manager for Nordic Industrial Distributors

Tesa is a market leading brand, and we are looking for an ambitious individual to fill the new role as Key Account Manager for our Key Nordic Industrial Distributors.
This position involves the development of commercial relationships with our Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment. We expect you to be able to hit the ground running and make an impact early on.
You will work closely with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team, and our European colleagues to support your success in this KAM role.
Responsibilities- Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts by commercializing the business in close cooperation with key stakeholders.
- Implement the European segment strategy at Key Partners.
- Plan, agree, and follow through on the annual action plan with Key Partners.
- Together with the Sales Manager, build and lead the accounts and the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan.
- Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth, and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager.
- Identify new opportunities, manage and implement projects, and sales pipe.
Requirements
- A deeply developed understanding of how to utilize marketing as a tool to grow the presence with our partners and make our high-quality products available in the right channels and platforms.
- An agile mindset and the ability to interchange between the strategic approach and the operational implementation.
- Natural drive, proactive, and structured approach, and expert communication skills to ensure our partners receive the highest level of attention, support, and push when needed, both at HQ and in the field.
