As a Sales Growth Manager in our Wholesale Division, you'll drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with key accounts. With a focus on sustainability and eco-friendliness, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our mission.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in key account management. You'll work closely with our product teams, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth.
- Sales & Service:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring alignment with our distribution plan.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' academic degree (bachelor or similar).
- Minimum 3 years' relevant work experience in key account management.
- Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both verbally and written.
- Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite) and business applications tools (ERP, PLM).
- Experience in customer relationship management and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for nature and an active outdoor lifestyle is a big plus.
