
Strategic Account Executive Lead

As a Strategic Account Executive Lead at Microsoft Power Platform Community, you will be responsible for managing relationships with strategic customers and using sales strategies to establish alignment and secure buy-in and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Relationships - Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Understand Customer Needs - Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer's needs, strategies, priorities, and industry direction.
- Lead Digital Transformation - Drive business outcomes and create business value for customers by leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop Account Plans - Develop and oversee the execution of account plans to ensure engagements yield high volume sales for both Microsoft and the customer.
- Think Strategically - Think strategically about account planning, setting standards and priorities, outlining where to and how to invest resources.
Qualifications
You must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration AND 4+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR
- 7+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)
