
Senior Business Development Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Expert to join our team in the Nordic region.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Nordic power market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners and regulators in the region.
- Represent EEX at conferences and industry events, showcasing expertise and building credibility.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, identify growth opportunities and assess regulatory developments in the Nordic energy market.
- Design and launch innovative products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of the Nordic energy market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving business development and growth.
- Strong knowledge of energy commodity trading and market dynamics.
- Excellent network of contacts in the energy trading community, particularly in Norway, Sweden and Finland.
- Experience working in an exchange, broker, clearing house, bank, commodity trading house, utility trading desk or origination environment.
- Ideal candidate will have a background in developing exchange-traded products.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fluency in Norwegian or Swedish.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
