About YLLW, a pioneering project management and interior design company based in Scandinavia.

As a key hire, you will contribute to Yllw's rapid growth and expansion into the Nordic market. You will be responsible for establishing Yllw's office outside Sweden and leading the development of the company's Nordic business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit a high-performing team with local expertise and a strong track record.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the local market, ensuring the region meets budget targets.
  • Define and achieve business goals, focusing on growth, profitability, and partner recruitment.
  • Build relationships with local clients, suppliers, and architects to identify new opportunities.
  • Grow direct and indirect sales, working closely with clients and partner sales teams.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in management consulting or high-growth scaleups, managing fast-paced teams.
  • Ability to drive transformational initiatives in sales operations, leading companies to success.
  • Strong knowledge of data, metrics, and KPIs to inform sales strategies.
  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams, aligning with Yllw's core values.
