About the Role

As a key member of our Nordic CTO's direct team, you will be responsible for managing bids for our products and services across the region. This involves working closely with sales, technical, services, and product teams to develop winning proposals that meet customer requirements and align with our strategic goals.

You will also take on project management tasks when responding to large complex RFPs (Request for Proposals). Your expertise in bid management, project coordination, and communication will drive success in this role.

Your Responsibilities
  • Bid Management: You will lead the bid process on selected large bids, developing strategies, coordinating teams, and submitting high-quality proposals with sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and product teams to gather information and ensure all aspects of the bid are addressed.
  • Proposal Development: Develop compelling proposals that articulate Lenovo's value proposition and meet customer needs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the bid process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely responses to inquiries.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
