
Enablement Professional for Print Industry Sales

GelatoConnect is our AI-powered operating system built for print producers. As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, your role will be to help our growing sales team shine by developing the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive sales enablement strategy aligned with our ICP and value pillars: Control, Efficiency, and Growth
- Create a structured onboarding program to ramp up new sales hires quickly and effectively
- Use sales performance data to identify gaps and improve workflows, developing focused enablement solutions
What You Need:
- 5+ years in sales enablement, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology
- Print industry experience from a leading print machine manufacturer or print software provider
- Proven success building enablement programs that boost sales performance
