Description:

As a Sales Executive in Spoor you'll be joining an ambitious, collaborative, diverse and purpose-driven team. We help define the future of wildlife monitoring, biodiversity reporting and best practices for reducing adverse biodiversity impacts.

Together with the team you are responsible for building a seamless sales process, identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to address them. And of course securing business in our key markets

Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Create and drive revenue within a list of named account and/or in a specific region.
  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to reach and exceed assigned sales quota quarterly and annually.
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, consultancy and competitive landscape to tailor sales pitches and presentations effectively.
  4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  5. Lead collaborative efforts to enable the customer to quantify and articulate business value.
  6. Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a growing sales team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving results.
  7. Coordinating with technical and operational teams to ensure successful project scoping and delivery.
  8. Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting using CRM.
Your experience and skills may include:
  1. You have a passion for selling transformative enterprise software or technology solutions to C-level executives and VPs.
  2. Strong commercial skills: Ability to identify sales leads, pitch products or services effectively, negotiate deals, and close sales.
  3. Track record in international SaaS B2B/enterprise sales with proven results.
  4. Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment in high-growth mode.
  5. Proficiency using CRM software (Hubspot is a +), to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and analyze customer data.
  6. Professional standard spoken and written English, additional languages are an advantage.
  7. Experience in the energy industries is a bonus.
  8. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a bonus.
