About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our commercial team and play a key role in driving growth and success in EMEA and APAC.

Your primary focus will be on managing renewals across customer segments and solutions, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to streamline our renewal processes and build a solid foundation for commercial growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create insights and an overview of upcoming renewals in advance and collaborate with the Customer Success Team to secure successful renewals
  • Prepare data and quotes on larger key deals in close collaboration with Sales Executives
  • Drive the renewal process for a portfolio of Actimo and Motimate customers within the Kahoot at-work Suite
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and negotiate renewal terms and pricing while ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional Kahoot products or services to renewing customers
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to customer onboarding and ongoing support

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably from renewal sales in the Software (SaaS) industry
  • Proven track record in communicating with decision-makers and other key stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to work hands-on with your accounts
  • A track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets
  • Structured and data-minded
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
